Allergy-Free Wednesdays Week 12: April 11, 2012

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs!  Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Before linking up – PLEASE click HERE to review rules and guidelines.  Thank you!

So without further ado

May I present you with the three most popular submissions:

Looks like we have some serious chocoholics this week!  The top three recipes were all chocolate.  Is it spring?  Or does everyone just love chocolate, like my husband?  At any rate, these are some fabulous recipes here sure to tame any sweet tooth.

Gluten Free Avocado Brownies

Chocolate Macaroons (Hail Merry Copy Cat)

And here are the three fabulous recipes/posts I chose to highlight:

  Sweet: Grain Free Banana Bread
This bread looks out of this world good!  Love the ingredients.
From: SpoonFul of Sugar Free

Savory: Roasted Boneless Chicken and Potatoes Nicoise
My mouth started watering the minute I saw this recipe.
What a great combo of flavors!

From: my pal Lisa @ Allergy-Free Vintage Cookery

Fun Drink: Orange Julius with Ginger and Chia Seeds
Remember the awesome Orange Julius?  I was addicted to these in high school.  I make a version here at home for my kids (homemade walnut milk and oranges) but I love this recipe from Heba!  Check it out.
