The Paleo Diet

Welcome to my “Paleo Diet Page” where I share some information about this popular diet.

According to Wikipedia, “The paleolithic diet is a modern nutritional plan based on the presumed diet of Paleolithichumans. It is based on the premise that human genetics have scarcely changed since the dawn of agriculture, which marked the end of the Paleolithic era, around 15,000 years ago, and that modern humans are adapted to the diet of the Paleolithic period.”  The Paleo diet has proven helpful, for people like me, who have an auto-immune disease.

So what can you eat on the Paleo diet?

Here is an excellent food reference from Paleosprint.com
