Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs!  Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

    Hey Amber!

I loved your selections this week, especially those sweet potato mung bean cakes- they look gorgeous!

Funnily enough I'm submitting something similar this week, my Kabocha Almond Patties. Hope you like them!

Have a wonderful rest of your week :)

  2. Thank you Amber for featuring my Sweet Potato Mung Bean Cakes ;D
These are great and do well with omitting a lot of allergy foods ~ so I think your crowd here will love them!

It's nice to see someone already does ;) Thanks Gabby for your great comment - I think your Kabocha Almond Patties sound just awesome!

Hi Amber! I'm linking up my Top 20 Gluten-Free Bread recipes roundup. I hope folks will find it very helpful. :-) I always love seeing the AFW readers' choices and your choices. All look yummy, but Heather's cookies and that Pumpkin Lucuma Fudge are calling my name. ;-)

    • Love your round-up, Shirley. I always need to much help in the baking department. :-)

Thanks for sharing these great recipes with us.

  4. Thanks for hosting! Today I am sharing a healthy jello recipe, parmesan sourdough croutons and a look behind the scenes ~ the makings of a great food picture. Have a great week!

  5. Hi! I'm sharing my Almond Milk recipe today! Hope you're OK and thank you for the wonderful highlights!

    • Thanks for sharing this great recipe with us today.

I'm feeling much better, Vicky thanks. My digestion has been great too - eating a varied diet (including some grains). I seem to do the best with little to no nuts and beans in my diet. :-)

      Hugs to you,

Amber, thank you so much for sharing my cookies!!! It has been a frustrating week. I've had so much to share, but a crazy random happenstance (to quote Dr. Horrible), a klutzy fingers, a full water glass, and a laptop resulted in a delay in all that I had planned for the week! Frustrating and expensive. But to see that you highlighted my last recipe just made my day!! Thank you!

Today I'm thankful to have the technological ability (and mental ability...ha!) to share my Raw Soaked Granola recipe.

Thanks again, and big hugs to you, Amber!!!

    • Wow, Heather, what a frustrating day (week) - arg!! I'm sorry to hear about your laptop (this is always me fear). I'm so glad the highlight gave you a smile.

And I'm also glad you're back and everything is well.

Hugs to you too lovely lady.

You visitors have brought some beautiful dishes! My link today is for Easy Banana Bread Recipe (GF, CF), a frugal and versatile bread that is great for gluten-free, dairy-free snacks or lunches. It's even better with something like apple butter or pumpkin cream.
