1 ¼ cups onions
3 T oil
2 cups carrots
1 cup celery
2 cups celery root
½ salt
2 teaspon gg + ½ tsp salt
2 cans clams
1/3 cup bacon recipe 
3 T clam juice
2  ½ cups cashews, soaked
2 cups water
1/4 teapsoon fresh thyme 
2 teaspoons gg 
Soaked cashews + 3 cups water
