Hi Amber, thank you so much for highlighting my latest dairy-free ice cream recipe! Son is ready for me to make this one again. ;-)

I'm ready to check out the other faves and highlights, too--thanks!

This week I've linked up my South Jersey trip report, which features reviews of how a B&B and popular restaurant accommodate gluten free guests.

    • Hi Shirley,

Oh my pleasure. I just had to highlight such an amazing, simple recipe. Making today for my son (but with carob, as I'm not ready to give him chocolate yet). I'm sure it will taste just as fab. Thanks for a great recipe.

    • Hi Anney,

Thanks for the message. I agree, Jill puts together a great post. I love her info. She also has IBD (UC) - so I watch her blog very closely. I know, I need to make Vicky's mayo too. Great for my son who doesn't eat eggs. Have a great rest of your week lovely.

Hi Amber, I was hoping to have 2 recipes to link up, but as life would have it, I only have one. Maybe if I'm fast and get the other one written up in the morning, then I'll link it. In the meantime....I present my Salmon Salad Spread! Thanks for hosting :)

    • Hi Debbie,

Thanks for sharing your yummy Salmon Salad Spread. That would taste so good on a warm gluten free English muffin. Drool.

  6. Hi Amber! Thank you so much for highlighting my Red Slaw, I'm making more today, we've become rather addicted to it recently! The other highlights and features are great picks too. I read the article about agave last week and I am also of the same opinion which is why I've never bought or cooked with it. However, my favourite newly discovered GF & DF ice cream (a chocolate, cashew ice cream) includes agave so I do eat it now and again.

This week I've shared my Lemon and Blueberry Cake.

    Thank you for hosting!

    • Oh my pleasure. I want to spread the word about your amazing egg free vegan mayo. So great. I think small amounts of agave in moderation is okay for most people. I was using way too much of it for my kids. I should have known. Too good to be true. Thanks for sharing your lemon blueberry cake.

    • Hooray, so glad you shared this amazing salad, Heather. It just looks amazing. I can't eat raw kale (even though I love it).

And so funny, that's where I bought my ice cream maker (and with a 20% off coupon). Best purchase ever!

Can't wait for all your ice cream creation. I know they will be amazing.
