Allergy Free Wednesday Week 60: March 27, 2013

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs!  Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Before linking up - PLEASE click HERE to review rules, guidelines, and legal information.  Thank you!

So busy here already! :-) This week I've linked up a guest post on traveling gluten free in Korea. Readers get to look at photos of Korean dishes and guess if they're gluten free. Come visit and see how well you do! ;-)

Thanks to you and all the AGFD hosts! xo,
    Shirley

Oh wow thank you for highlighting my puree, that was such a nice surprise!! It's such a lovely way to feel like you're having dessert but still being easy on the stomach!

This week I'm sharing my post on digestive healing with my african "peanut" stew and my coconut bacon!
