Hello Amber! I just love your three highlights! And my mouth seriously watered when I saw Shirley's Green Chile Chicken recipe. Wow! This week I'm linking up another kale salad. :) Kale Beet Orange Salad with Green Garlic Dressing. I think I should probably just sell my oven. ;)

    Hugs to you!
    Heather

    Hi Amber!
I shared another cookie recipe this week- Chocolate Espresso Snowballs. They are nice because they are not too sweet. They have lots of pecans in them though!

    Thanks for hosting!

Thanks so much for highlighting my Green Chile Chicken, Amber! I always feel like I've won an Oscar or something when I see that you've picked my recipe! :-)

This week I've linked up my review of Kristine Kidd's Weeknight Gluten Free cookbook, which includes an interview with Kristine and more. ;-)

I might be back with more tomorrow. We'll see! Thank you for hosting each week!

    xo,
    Shirley

Hi Amber, it's been a while since I submitted a recipe... This week is a super yummy ice cream sandwich. I know you are allergic to peanuts, but it will be delicious with almond butter too!
    Love, Dawn

Thanks for hosting again! This week I added a favorite healthy snack recipe (Juice Jello) and also a semi-controversial post: When Painkillers are GOOD for you. My hope is to bring some balance to the discussion of pain relief in the real food and alternative health community. Have a beautiful week.

A couple weeks ago I shared a post on the olive oil fridge test. It REALLY hit home with a lot of people, so we re-visited both the test and other ways of knowing whether or not your extra virgin olive oil has been watered down. Read the data for yourself and decide whether the test works!

I also shared a really easy recipe for high protein, sweet & salty trail mix. Ditch the candy coated varieties at the store and make the homemade version, which boasts nearly as much protein as a serving of chicken!

As always, thank you for hosting! Have a blessed day!
