Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).

    Today I'm sharing a twist on the classic peanut butter cookie recipe. It's peanut, egg, dairy, sugar, gluten, and grain free. A tasty alternative for anyone with multiple food sensitivities, or who is trying to diversify their dietary choices in hopes of preventing them in the first place.
