Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and five other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 6 blogs!  Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

    Hi Amber-

Sharing my meringue cookies and grain-free rolls this week! I had a hard time deciding which recipes to share!

I never know who to give the pingback to. Does it matter? I try to be fair and rotate :)

    1. Hi Danielle,

These are so amazing. Can't wait to try,

And no, it doesn't matter who you link back to. It's up to you. People usually have their "home" blogger they link to each week. But again, it's whatever you're comfortable with.

  • Hi Amber! Thank you so much for highlighting my salad! This week I'm sharing a simple Nut Roast and my Vegetable Curry both suitable for the SCD. Thank you for hosting, I love the links here!

    1. Sure thing Vicky. I always look forward to your recipes.

Hi Amber, I'm sharing Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Tahini Dressing, 5 Whole Food Desserts Your Family Will Love, and some delicious Homemade Chocolate Banana Power Bars.

Have a great day and thanks for being such a lovely hostess!

    1. Thank you kindly France.

I'm such a fan of cauliflower. This is a simple, yet delicious recipe. And, WOW on the whole food dessert post. You're a superstar lady!

Hi Amber, I've linked up my kickoff to The GFE Virtual Gluten-Free Support Group. There are thoughts on safe food, info on the effects on gluten sensitivity from an ob/gyn, recipe and meal ideas from our shared meal, and more. Hopefully, many will find it useful, especially those who don't have a support group to help them "navigate" their food intolerances.

Love the highlighted recipes! So much good stuff there that I must catch up on, and many more here today already. :-)

    Thanks! xo,

  • Hi There Shirley,

Thank you for this great resource.

I did read your post this morning. Outstanding! I linked up with a recipe earlier today. I loved reading about your doctor, especially. You just don't hear people raving about their doctors now-a-days, so it was very refreshing. Thank you for sharing your story too.

I think you've really got something here Shirley.:-)

Thank you once again for providing this link-up! I get so hungry looking at all of these wonderful recipes. =)

    1. I agree, we do have some tasty submissions! I enjoy looking through them each week. So fun!
