Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.
This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and five other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 6 blogs! Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Amber, I'd already labeled yesterday's post on grain-free/paleo+ Pumpkin Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies for AFW so I've linked up.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Shirley
In light of your recent loss and everything you have going on, I greatly appreciate you sharing your recipe with us this week. You take care Shirley. I'm thinking about you and sending love and hugs!
DeleteWarmly,
--Amber
Thanks so much for featuring my Chicken Parsnip Meatballs! Today I'm linking up another kid-friendly dinner idea, Jedi Bison Babies (or miniature bison burgers). May the force be with you :)
ReplyDeleteLisa @ Allergy Free Vintage Cookery
Hi There Lisa,
DeleteYou are hilarious! I sent this post to my husband (due to the Jedi reference). And you are so right my friend. A little trickery (illusion) in the kitchen is necessary from time to time. I love this idea. So simple, so practical. :-)
Thanks for sharing with us on AFW this week!
Hugs,
--Amber
Amber, thanks so much for hosting and for featuring our 10 whole food snacks! We're flattered to be one of the reader favorites for the week.
ReplyDeleteI'm sharing Sumac Spiced Salmon with Beurre Noir, Oven Roasted Tomato Salad with Spiced Croutons, and 5 Protein Packed Breakfasts That Will Make You Leap Out of Bed.
Have a great day!
Hi There France,
DeleteYour recipes are always so inspiring! Thank you for sharing with us this week on AFW!!
Hugs,

Hi Amber! Today I'm sharing my beetroot salad! Thank you for hosting!
ReplyDeleteDrool! Vicky, you know I'm a beet girl. And I just love the other ingredients you added in this salad here. It's a meal all own its own! I feel like walnuts are the forgotten nut, no? They are so super healthy. I just made some walnut milk (will be share the recipe soon) and it's so much easier for me to digest.
DeleteThanks for another great recipe. And thanks for sharing it with us on AFW!!
Hugs,
--Amber
Amber - Thank you (and the other great bloggers) for hosting this wonderful 'blog hop'! It's so easy to get in a 'Recipe Rut' and this weekly feature is such a help. Thank you, also, for sharing my doughnut recipe. It's been so much fun 'meeting' so many new people!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
Amber, thank you for the link-up! Hope you enjoy your homemade lip balm as much as I do ;)
