Hi! I want to ask if you have any more breakfast recipes from recent exploration? I find that breakfast really is tricky with SCD and am eager to learn more.

You are not alone my friend. With SCD, you have to get creative and think outside the breakfast box. Honestly…we are creatures of habit and breakfast traditionally is very bread-bound. If you are wanting to keep that same level of bread items, you can check out some almond flour or coconut flour recipes. But for breakfast I do a lot of meat and veggies. Maybe do a smoothie with some coconut milk. I am not strict with SCD, so I do lentils and some rice…but in moderation. I am a big breakfast person – I never skip it. I will do eggs usually, with fruit, meat, and a grain free bread product. But like I said, I do eat rice products and will do a piece of gluten free bread now and then. I have found some great recipes in paleo cookbooks and found some great recipes by googling “grain free breakfasts.” I hope this helps. 🙂
