Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.
This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs! Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Hi Amber! Thanks for hosting! I'm adding my Overnight Cinnabuns this week. Have a great night! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Lauren,
DeleteThanks for sharing this great recipe. It was a reader favorite last week. Great job! :-)
Hi Amber! Thanks so much for featuring the Better Than Nutella Spread! Have a great week dahling! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my pleasure. Great recipe, Gabriela. And I really loved your video. Hope to see you again this week.
DeleteOooh, you picked some good ones to highlight! I had seen two of them, but not must go off and investigate the others and many of this week's entries, too. :-)
ReplyDeleteI've linked my granola "fix" ... Granola Cluster Cookie Bites! So yummy that I've ready to make the grain-free version for us to enjoy. Any version of these cookies tends to disappear in a few days, but I don't feel guilty eating them. ;-)
Have a good week, Amber! xo,
Shirley
Hi Shirley. Thanks for sharing these awesome granola bites. I made these last week (I plan to share on FB tomorrow), and they turned out so yummy. I only made a few minor adjustments. :-)
DeleteHey Amber!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting - love the highlighted posts! Looking forward to finding new recipes with all of the great submissions!
I'm linking up a Cauliflower Gratin that is grain free and uses cashew milk as the sauce. It has some SCD allowed cheese in the sauce, but would be delicious without the cheese altogether.
Have a great week!
XOXO
Jen
Oh Jen, this looks so amazing. I used to LOVE potato gratin. Great combo with the cashews...and I bet that cheese does top it all off, but you're right, the cashews probably make it taste really cheesy, so omitting the dairy cheese would be fine. :-)
DeleteAMBER! So sorry! My cauliflower gratin link wasn't working right. I've relinked. Is there a way to delete the first one I posted?
ReplyDeletejen
Hi Jen,
DeleteNo problem! I deleted the entry that wasn't working properly. :-)
Amber, I shared peanut butter cupcakes- not great for you I know! For the peanut allergic (but not tree nut allergic), these should be just as good with almond or cashew butter. If you try cashew butter let me know!
ReplyDeleteLove, Dawn
Ha ha, yes, no good for me, but I've had great success subbing other nut or seed butters for peanut butter. Thanks for sharing with us. I think the two best subs are homemade sunflower seed butter and roasted cashew butter - both have a peanut-ish smell, but have their own unique flavor.
DeleteHello sweet Amber!
ReplyDeleteThis week I'm sharing my recipe for No Bake Rice Crispy Treat Granola Bars and a Raw Beet, Carrot & Apple Salad w/Ginger Lime Dressing.
Thank you for hosting!
Megan
Hi Meg,
DeleteThanks for sharing this week. I just love your no-bake rice crispy treat granola bars...and that raw beet salad looks amazing. :-)
Thanks so much for featuring my recipe dear :) I don't have anything to submit this week, but I just wanted to say hello!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by, Gabby! Hope to see you again this week. :)
