Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.
This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs! Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Thanks for hosting Amber! I'm adding my FF Oatmeal Cookies. Your cereal looks mighty appealing right now (I love to eat cold cereal late at night). :-D Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteTerrific highlights! I've seen two (Megan's caramel sauce and Dawn's brownies), but I'll have to check out the others. :-)
ReplyDeleteThis week I'm linking up my Roasted Black Bean Sweet Potato Cakes. These are so simple to make and wonderful tender and crunchy at the same time. They are my entry for this month's Go Ahead Honey It's Gluten Free event with the grain-free, nut-free, and peanut-free theme for "Sometimes You Feel Like a Nut, But Don't Eat Tree Nuts or Peanuts." I hope some reading will link up. I so appreciate your wonderful cereal entry!
Have a good week, Amber! xoxo,
Shirley
Thank you for hosting!! This week I shared three posts – two discussing white flour and bleach... whether or not the chemicals in white flour are bleach, and then whether or not those chemicals are dangerous. The third is a recipe for soaked whole wheat pancakes – definitely a welcomed recipe after reading about white flour!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting again! I linked up to 2 articles this week (1) My new favorite pork chop recipe, made with rhubarb chutney and (2) A simple summary of the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol. Have a great week, everyone.
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday, Amber! I can't believe it's 10:45am and I'm still in my jammies surfing food sites! Yay for summer vacation!!
ReplyDeleteI'm linking up my Raw Red Velvet Cake. I made it on Monday and it's already gone! Yay for good friends who love raw foods! (Oh, and I definitely enjoyed my share!)
Have a lovely day, lovely lady!
Heather
