Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs!  Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Hi Amber, thank you sooo much for the feature! And yes, it has been unbearably hot here too! Although we're fairly close to the coast, we're still far enough inland to get the heat. Been hitting 100 or more most days for the past week. Yuck! Hope you day in the city was fun....sounds like a very good idea to me :)

Good morning, Amber! We're settled into the in-laws place for a few days before the apartment search begins. Fun times!

Today I'm sharing my Raw Chocolate Cherry Pie. It's great for summer and perfect for the 4th of July!

    Have a great holiday!

Hi Amber, I always love reading your AFW posts and checking out the highlights from last week! :-) I've linked up my latest recipe, Paleo Fluffy, Puffy Almond Butter (or Sunbutter) Cookies. Lovely and they make great Cookie S'mores. ;-)

  5. Hi Amber! My blog is all about nightshades this week. I recently learned I have a food intolerance and by removing them from my diet, my pain decreased substantially. I wrote up a nightshade-free survival guide, and also posted a recipe for a curried stew made with a homemade nightshade-free curry. Thanks for hosting again ~ I hope you have a beautiful week!

    Thank you for hosting!

I grow food in my oatmeal bowls. Really, I do! I shared a post on regrowing food in water that explains it all. I also shared a recipe for toasted coconut banana sourdough pancakes... it'll make you wish you had a pina colada in hand to match! ~Tiffany
