    Hi Amber!-- I love Megan's bars and Vicky's ice cream. Yummy and healthy! :-) This week I'm linking up my latest recipe creation, Chipotle Mashed Sweet Potatoes. These are great when first made and I've been using the leftovers for all kinds of goodness (e.g., base for pasta sauce, base for mug pudding, in a smoothie). ;-)

    Hello, Amber! I hope you're off to a great week. After three days of unpacking I feel like I'm making a dent! I actually cooked rice and beans last night in my kitchen. Yay!!
