Allergy-Free Wednesdays Week 64 : April 24, 2013

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs!  Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Before linking up - PLEASE click HERE to review rules, guidelines, and legal information.  Thank you!

  1. Thanks for hosting again! I posted a recipe for Beef Heart in Chimichurri Sauce, with the goal of showing that organ meat can be as delicious as it is nutritious. I also posted an essay I wrote this week about the power of language in the healing process. Wishing you a beautiful week!

  2. Haha, woot woot indeed! I almost made your pancakes a few days ago, but my daughter has been having some allergy trouble, and I suspect bananas (gasp!), so I'm waiting for her to clear up a bit. I love how precise it is though! :-) Thanks for hosting, as always...I'm adding my Vanilla 'Bean' Milk this week. Have a great night Amber!

Good morning! And thank you so much for featuring my Raw Cheesy Vegan Tacos! I'm kind of addicted to that cheese, so you may see it in other recipes soon! :0

I'm sharing Raw Chocolate Walnut cookies today. My happy accident. :) Enjoy the rest of your week, Amber!

Hey there, dear Amber!--I didn't think I'd have a new recipe to share today, but then I made this delicious Super Orange Smoothie at "brunchtime" and decided to go ahead and post it. :-)

Your highlights are great. I can personally vouch for Megan's Paleo Chicken Tenders (phenomenal!) and Heather's tortilla shells made from jicama. ;-)

    xoxo,
    Shirley

    Thank you for hosting!

This week I shared a guide on how to eat seasonally, plus two HUGE reasons why we should. To make it even easier, I also shared a post with a seasonal list, the clean & dirty lists PLUS what fruits & veggies pack the most punch for our buck – all miniaturized so we have an easy-reference card at our fingertips!
