Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.
This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs! Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

Hi Amber! Hope you're settling well back in to real life after your trip. Re-entry can be challenging! This week I'm linking up my Banana Bread Protein Bites. Enjoy the rest of your week!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Heather. We had a nice trip, but it's always nice to come home, right. Nothing like sleeping in your own comfy bed. Love your banana bread protein bites. I am going to attempt to make these here in the next couple of weeks. I try to make 2 homemade snacks every weekend for the kids to have on-hand,and I know these will be quite popular. xo
DeleteWow, there are so many great things here! I'm sharing my peach breakfast calzone.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're doing well! xoxo
Those scones look just amazing,Sarena! You're such a baking queen (in addition to the non-dairy queen) - you're just all sorts of queens lady. :-)
DeleteYou know, I have never successfully made homemade mayo, so I will definitely be checking out that 30-second recipe. Thanks for hosting again. This week, I wrote about the healing power of an internet break. Just one day offline can be powerfully renewing to the body and spirit.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Eileen. I read your post about taking some time off from phone/internet/TV, etc. Really enjoyed it, very inspiring. I will be featuring this week on AFW...I hope it will inspire/encourage others to just unplug for a while.
DeleteHow do you know if your olive oil is pure? Are you sure it hasn't been watered down with a cheaper vegetable oil? There's only one way to tell (and the label has nothing to do with it). I shared a simple two-step process for determining the purity of your olive oil. I also shared a how-to guide for buying, storing and cooking with olive oil... get that oil off the counter and away from the stove!
ReplyDeleteThank you for these very informative posts. I went this information to my entire family. Overall, just packed with great info. Love that. :-)
