Allergy-Free Wednesday Week 64: May 1, 2013

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs!  Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

I shared my recipe for Macadamia and Dried Cherry Cookies. This is a really nice recipe that is not too sweet.

    Thanks for hosting!

Hey Amber--Boy, those protein bars do look good! This week I've linked up my super easy, so good Green Chile Chicken Casserole and How to Make Almond Milk in Less Than 3 Minutes. I love both posts. The casserole is great for Cinco de Mayo or any time. Making almond milk is my new favorite thing ... so easy now.

Hope you're enjoying Spring, dear! Still rainy and cold here, but very green. :-)

    xo,
    Shirley

  4. Jill did such a gorgeous job on that apple tart, didn't she? Thanks for hosting another AFW! I linked up to two articles this week: (1) How to travel on a healing diet and (2) An inspiring success story of a woman who healed her autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimotos) through the GAPS diet. Have a great week everyone!

    Thank you for hosting!

This week I shared two posts dealing with apple cider vinegar. Not only does it make for a simple and effective (and frugal) produce wash, but it can also be used to remove moles! (That was my husband's crazy, yet successful idea, by the way! ;) ) Have a blessed day!
