We've been using inferior coconut oils for all of our low heat cooking needs and I eat it by the tablespoon to address specific health issues. ReplyDeleteI would most definitely make my favorite recipe using coconut oil, which is a healing elixer I use to soothe my hormones and my muscles. I use 2 tbsp. raw cacao, 1 tsp. maca powder, stevia and 1 tbsp. coconut oil, all heated in unsweetened almond milk. It is so delicious and the perfect alternative to coffee!
