Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.
This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and six other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 7 blogs! Check back each week for reader favorites and recipe highlights.

DeleteHi, thanks for hosting - I'm sharing my Baked Fruity Oat loaf.... perfect for toddlers on the go :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE this, Lou. Thanks so much for sharing. :-)
DeleteGood morning! I'm linking up my Stuffed Acorn Squash. Wish I could come up with a title that described the yummy spinach, apple, pine nut filling without a 10 word title! Have a great day!!
ReplyDeleteI just love that acorn squash recipe, Heather. Just lovely.
DeleteI'm not quite into my fall baking yet, so I'm linking up another older recipe that's a favorite of my support group and my family--Easy Pumpkin Squares. I make these squares healthier today by using sightly less oil, adding a bit of almond flour as part of the flour mix, using coconut sugar, etc., but I think you'll love them the original way or with slight alterations. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHappy Fall, Amber! Thanks to all of you for hosting AFW! xo,
Shirley
Hi Shirley,
DeleteLove these pumpkin squares, Shirley. So awesome that you make a healthier version. I hope you're feeling well.
Happy fall to you too lovely lady.
I shared my Carrot Apple Raisin Salad with cinnamon and a hint of ginger. It's vegan if the right mayo is chosen or the no mayo version I provide is used. I love apples in the fall :)
ReplyDeleteI'm really into salads right now, as it's super hot in our neck of the woods. And I so agree with you, just love apples in the fall. So awesome.
DeleteThanks for hosting Amber!
ReplyDeleteI'm sharing Cumin Spiced Squash with White Beans & Scallions, and part 1 in our new Sushi Series: How To Make Homemade Pickled Ginger.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Jackie. What a fantastic post.
DeleteI'm so excited to find this party! I'm new to gluten-free cooking, so I will be searching here for ideas. I'm trying to start a GF community on my website. I have started a weekly Gluten-Free Share Page on OneCreativeMommy.com. It's brand new, but I hope it will become a great resource as it grows. I would love it if you visited and shared some of your great ideas each week. I hope to see you there.
ReplyDeleteThank you Heidi and welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I will be sure to check out your gluten-free share page. Thanks for sharing.
